What we collect
What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project or company. Submissions are stored in this website’s database and delivered to us by email. We keep them as business records for as long as we have a business reason to.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly where traffic comes from. We use it for measurement only: advertising features, ads personalization, and audience sharing are turned off. Analytics data is pseudonymous — it identifies a browser, not a person — and we don’t try to connect it to anyone.
Server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. They’re rotated routinely.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies containing a random identifier so it can tell returning browsers from new ones. The site may also set functional cookies — remembering a form in progress, caching pages for speed. None of them are used for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or block Google Analytics specifically with Google’s opt-out browser add-on; the site works fine either way.
What we don’t do
Our commitment
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We don’t share your details with any outside agency without your permission.
We don’t run advertising pixels, we don’t buy or build marketing lists, and contacting us doesn’t sign you up for anything — if we email you, it’s because you asked us about a project or we maintain your website. The only exception for disclosure is a subpoena, court order, or similar request where we believe in good faith that the law requires a response.
Service providers
A small number of providers process data on our behalf to run this site: our hosting provider (which serves the site and keeps the logs above), Google (analytics, as described), and an email delivery service (which carries form notifications to our inbox). Each receives only what its job requires.
Your choices
If you’ve sent us information and want a copy of it, want it corrected, or want it deleted, ask through the contact form and we’ll do it — regardless of where you live. We may need to keep records connected to active client work or legal obligations.
Other sites
This site links to other websites — client sites, testing tools, documentation. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only this site.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them, with a new effective date. Significant changes won’t be applied to information collected before them without telling you.
