Our Approach
Every layout decision serves a purpose
A well-designed website doesn’t just look professional — it controls where the visitor looks, what they read first, how quickly they trust you, and whether they take action. That’s not subjective taste. It’s visual hierarchy, information architecture, and conversion strategy working together.
01Mobile-First
Mobile-First Design
Google indexes the mobile version of your site first — regardless of how many visitors come from desktop. In North America, desktop still accounts for a little over half of web traffic, but mobile-first indexing means the mobile layout determines your search rankings. We design mobile first and scale up to desktop, not the other way around. The result ranks well, loads fast on every device, and doesn’t sacrifice usability at any screen size.
02Conversion
Conversion-Informed Layout
Visual hierarchy isn’t decorative — it’s conversion architecture. Where the CTA sits relative to the fold, how social proof is positioned near decision points, how whitespace directs attention, how the page flows on scroll. Every layout decision is informed by how visitors scan, read, and decide. Design and CRO strategy are developed together — not by separate teams who never talk.
CRO & Landing Pages03Performance
Performance-Aware Design Decisions
Design choices directly impact site speed. A full-bleed 4K background video tanks your PageSpeed before the visitor reads a word. A third-party icon CDN adds 200ms to every page. Custom fonts with 12 weights add render-blocking overhead. We choose image formats, limit font weights, specify lazy-load boundaries, and design layouts that don’t need heavy JavaScript to function.
Web Performance04Responsive
Responsive Across Real Devices
We don’t design for three breakpoints and call it done. We design for the actual devices your visitors use — phones, tablets, laptops, wide monitors — and test across real screen sizes, not just the Figma artboard widths. Touch targets, font scaling, form usability, and navigation behavior are all designed per device context.
05Accessibility
Accessibility From the First Mockup
WCAG 2.1 AA compliance starts in design, not in development. Color contrast ratios are checked against AA thresholds during the design phase. Heading hierarchy is planned before a single page is built. Interactive elements are sized for keyboard and screen reader users. If the design isn’t accessible, the build can’t be either.
06System
Component-Based Design System
Headers, footers, cards, forms, CTAs, section layouts, navigation patterns — all designed as reusable components with consistent spacing, sizing, and behavior across pages. This isn’t just a design philosophy — it directly impacts development speed, maintenance cost, and visual consistency as the site grows.
